VA Golf 3/18 +8

Today was my 14th round this year. The VA moved to 7:00 AM start time this week. We had heavy rain overnight, and it was wet and very foggy this morning. It was really a challenge for most of the holes because of the fog. It was so thick that we could only see about 30 yards at most. Good thing I had played the course over a thousand times and know where everything is. On hole #1, I hit a decent shot but it was short and left. My chip from 20 yards barely made the green and my putt rolled past the hole, ending with a bogey. On #2, I hit a decent drive, and my approach wedge came up short, it hit lousy wedge, and ended two putting for another bogey. On #3, I hit a blind 3 wood, that rolled over the green. I hit another lousy chip and two putted for another bogey. On #4, hit a horrible drive and ended up taking a drop. I hit a driver off the deck followed by lousy 3 wood, and then an 8 iron that ended up 4 feet from the pin. I made the putt for a double bogey. On #5, I hit a decent drive followed by a good chip that found the back of the green. I two putted for par. On #6, I hit horrible drive, followed by a decent 3 wood, and then a decent chip leaving a 16 foot par putt that I missed.  On 7, I hit a great shot pin high about 2 feet of the green. I two putted from off the green for a par. On #8, I hit a horrible drive, short right. I hit a decent recovery, but was left of the green. My chip landed in the bunker, followed by one to get out and a two putt for a double bogey. I hit a great 8 iron on #9, that was about 1′ off the green and I two putted for par.
